Cancellations:

Rescheduling or cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, if we cannot fill your appointment spot. We understand life happens and will our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrival/No shows:

Please plan your spa experience carefully as all treatments are completed at the scheduled time. Full treatment fee will still apply.  No show appointments result in a 50% charge of your booked treatment,  If this happens more than once, a prepaid appointment is required.  Please understand we are a small business and no shows and cancellations really affect us.

To ensure that your visit at Glow is a relaxed and memorable experience, please arrive 10mins prior to your scheduled appointment time, therefore allowing us to provide you with your complete treatment.

Your treatment needs:

For your safety and comfort please mention if you’re under the care of a health professional, have any health conditions or are pregnant.  This will enable Glow staff to assist you in choosing the appropriate treatment.  All treatments can be tailored and are suitable for both men and women.

Your Spa Comfort:

Your therapist will maintain your privacy at all times, Too fully enjoy your spa experience do not hesitate to tell your therapist if you are uncomfortable for any reason.  Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests by turning off your mobile phones.
